Boreh, a warm paste of ginger, clove and rice once used by farmers after a day in the paddies. Then a flower bath, and jasmine tea.

Dinner on the sand
One table at the water's edge, lit by lanterns. Chef Made grills what the Jimbaran boats brought in that morning, while the tide edges closer.

Night snorkelling
The same reef, after dark. Parrotfish asleep in the coral, and plankton that glows when you move your hand.
